Lisa's Wedding Shower

Several women from church gave Lisa a shower on Sunday afternoon, November 20. There was a good attendance, especially considering the fact that it was the beginning of Thanksgiving break for many of us, and she received many nice gifts. We are blessed to have so many wonderful friends!

The shower was hosted by Michele Miller, Ronda Hollingsworth, Carol, Huneycutt, Amy Scarbrough, and (not pictured, Diane Burns, Vickey Lloyd, and Anoland Sullivan).

Susan's 50th Birthday

Susan and her family arrived Saturday evening, Nov. 19 to spend Thanksgiving week with us. Since it was Susan's birthday, we started the holidays by celebrating together. The youngest children dinner in the kitchen, while the teenagers and adults were in the dining room.

Katie doesn't have her picture taken often with Ben, since she takes most of the photos, so we took advantage of the time and the fall scenery to take a bunch of photos of them together.

It was great to get to spend a week with Katie and Ben. Ben has grown so much since we saw him in July, and he has such a fun personality.

Ben got to take his baths in my kitchen sink, since it easier than leaning over the big tub. He sure has fun in the water!

The faucets and knobs were fascinating to Ben.
